The major DMCZ’s priorities is achieving the highest quality and safety levels of our products in the field of the production of air conditioning units in order to meet the needs and expectations of our customers.
Our company is certified to the ISO/TS 16949:2002 quality management standard, where the requirements for meeting customers’ needs are clearly stated.
The quality system is based on the defined standard requirements such as prevention, continuous process improvement and prevention of problem recurrence. Customers require a zero-defect policy. A major focus is also the reaction speed in problem detection and its correction.
The company management is well aware that employees’ qualifications and skills are important. Therefore, considerable financial means have been invested in their training and self-improvement.
The overall company’s stability, its future and profitability are constituted by the continuously improving dynamics of individual workplaces and by reducing the number of internal and external complaints. Our participation in new projects highlights the high quality of our products.
