Employee training and development in Denso Manufacturing Czech s.r.o. has its roots in the global approach of the Company to its employees and is based on the principle of continuous improvement.
Each new company worker receives initial training, where he is familiarised with Denso’s economic profile in the Czech Republic and worldwide, with its products and major customers, manufacturing processes, production plans, organisational structures, the company’s basic philosophy and internal rules.
The basis for acquiring knowledge and skills are, among other things, statutory training sessions arising from labour-law provisions and the company’s requirements for professional competence.
Other in-company training programmes encourage employees’ professional growth and qualification. They are aimed mainly at the quality of work, rationalisation and improvement of working methods.
Such training programmes are e.g. quality management, system management, professional and technical training programmes, DENSO internal training on a global scale, language education, employee’s development in the areas of communication and HR management etc.
The goal of each training programme is to ensure the highest possible quality and process efficiency and to be as close to perfection as possible.
